What's in the kit

Exactly this kit already comes in the box with every Brynk V5 Max. The guarantee is the second kit – free of charge once the first one is used up.
How it works
- Propeller broken or guard bent? Take a photo.
- Write to us via the contact form with your order number and the photo.
- We'll send you the kit – delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.
You pay nothing, not even shipping. You don't need to send in the broken part.
The rules in brief
- Once per drone purchased. If you ordered two drones, you're entitled to it twice.
- No time limit. Whether after two weeks or two years.
- Only for propellers, propeller guards and the screwdriver. Batteries, remote controller, camera and motors are not part of the guarantee – for those, your statutory warranty rights apply.
- No replacement for the drone itself. If it fell into a lake or off a roof, we can't replace the device – but we can replace the repair kit.
What it doesn't replace
The repair guarantee is a voluntary extra from Brynk. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If the drone arrives damaged or doesn't work, that's not a guarantee case but a warranty case – you'll get a replacement or your money back.
