Refund policy

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact support@brynkshop.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Your rights to repair, replacement or refund under applicable law remain unaffected.

EU and UK consumers may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Tell us by email or a clear written statement and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Contact us for the appropriate return address; this does not restrict your right to cancel.

You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation. We refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of cancellation; we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return. Refunds use the original payment method. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
