This band wakes you with a vibration on your wrist – no alarm sound. Whoever sleeps next to you keeps sleeping. You set up to three alarm times right on the band, with no app and no phone by the bed.

At the press of a button – or when you turn your wrist – the LED display shows the time, date, steps, calories, distance and your sleep summary. The soft silicone band weighs about 20 g. The module charges via Micro-USB, and in standby the battery lasts up to 45 days.

With the pair set you get two bands in your color – e.g. one for each of you, each with its own alarm times.

Hold the button: A1 appears. A short press turns the alarm on or off, holding opens the settings.
Set the hour and minute with short presses and confirm by holding.

A2 and A3 are set the same way. Both buttons do the same thing.

To charge, take the LED module out of the silicone band and connect it to a USB port with the Micro-USB cable, e.g. on a laptop or phone charger. A power adapter is not included.

On standby, the battery lasts up to 45 days. With alarms and frequent display checks it's less – it's best to charge the band regularly.

Will the vibration really wake me up?

The vibration is right on your wrist – many people notice it more than a sound in the room. Wear the band so it sits snugly, and charge it regularly. For important appointments, a backup alarm during the first week doesn't hurt.

Will the person next to me hear anything?

The band has no alarm sound – it wakes you only with vibration on your wrist. Whoever is lying next to you usually keeps sleeping.

Do I need an app or a phone?

No. You set the time, alarms and all display options with the two buttons right on the band. There's no Bluetooth and no account.

How do I set the time?

On the time display, hold a button until the digits flash. Then set 12/24-hour format, hour, minute, month, day and year in turn: a short press changes the value, holding confirms it. Tip: in 12-hour format, watch out for AM and PM – or simply choose 24-hour format.

How do I set an alarm?

Press briefly until AL appears, then hold: A1 is shown. A short press turns the alarm on or off, holding opens the settings. Set the hour and minute with short presses and confirm by holding. A2 and A3 are set the same way.

How do I stop the alarm – and does it go off every day?

One press of a button stops the vibration. The alarm stays on and wakes you again at the same time the next day. If you don't need it, turn it off in the AL menu.

How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

Up to 45 days on standby (50 mAh). With alarms, display checks and vibration it's less – it's best to charge the band regularly. To charge, take the LED module out of the silicone band and plug it into a USB port via Micro-USB. If the battery runs completely flat, you'll need to set the time again afterward.

Does the display light up at night?

Only briefly when you press a button – or when you turn your wrist. You can turn off the wrist-turn feature in the menu under H ON/OF; the display then stays dark at night.

Can I shower or swim with it?

The band is splash-resistant for everyday use – handwashing and rain are no problem. It's best to take it off for showers, baths and swimming.

Will it fit my wrist?

The silicone band is about 22.4 cm long and closes with a pin buckle – just like a watch. It's 16.5 mm wide and weighs about 20 g, so it's comfortable to wear at night too.

What's in the pair set?

Two bands in the same color – for example, one for each of you. Each band has its own up to three alarms and wakes only the person wearing it. The pair set costs less than two single bands.
